Senior Process Technician

Natron seeks a Senior Process Technician to assist in electrode preparation and cell assembly. The occupant of this position will work with a small team of engineers to mix batches of slurry, operate a roll- to-roll coater to coat and dry the slurry, prepare battery electrodes and other cell components, assemble battery cells, perform measurements, and record measurement test data. This is a hands-on position involving lab work, including working in a glove box. Qualified applicants have prior industrial experience as a R&D or process technician and/or hands on experience working in a chemistry or materials laboratory. The person for this position has a positive, team-first attitude, carefully follows instructions and SOPs, is meticulous and detail oriented, and is willing to learn and master new skills.

Senior R&D Technician

Natron is seeking a Senior R&D Technician to prepare battery electrodes and other cell components, assemble battery cells, perform measurements on materials, electrodes, and cells, and record measurement test data. This is a hands-on position involving lab work including working in a glove box. Qualified applicants have prior industrial experience as a R&D or process technician and/or hands on experience working in a chemistry or materials laboratory. Battery Engineer

Natron seeks a battery engineer to assist in the testing and analysis of battery cells, modules and packs. The occupant of this position will work in a small team of engineers to execute the testing of all batteries built by Natron, in order to deliver the data necessary to reach battery R&D, engineering, and product development milestones. These projects may focus on the development of new battery electrodes, improvement of battery cell design, enhancement of battery performance under use and abuse conditions, and other engineering goals. Qualified applicants will have prior hands on lab experience, preferably in the field of batteries or electronic hardware device testing as well as prior analysis experience, preferably in MATLAB or Python. The person for this position has a positive attitude, collaborates well, and does what it takes to get the job done.
