Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Natron is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and upgrade its battery cell pilot line in Santa Clara. Critical activities include selection and implementation of new equipment, design of fixtures, and development of processes to increase throughput and improve quality. Key process steps include precision punching of electrodes, ultrasonic welding, pouch forming, vacuum sealing, electrolyte dispensing, and implementation of automated data collection for manufacturing execution and quality monitoring. The person for this position is capable of executing complex engineering projects involving design, sourcing, prototyping, validation, and technology hand-off.

Manufacturing Engineer

Natron is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and upgrade its battery cell pilot line in Santa Clara. Critical activities include selection and implementation of new equipment, design of fixtures, and development of processes to increase throughput and improve quality. The person for this position is willing and capable of taking on a wide range of engineering projects large and small to streamline and expand our pilot production line. These projects include design, sourcing, prototyping, validation, and technology hand-off of fixtures and equipment.

Senior R&D Technician (Electro-Mechanical)

Natron is seeking a Senior R&D Technician to assist in the assembly of battery cells, modules, and packs. The senior technician will have significant prior experience working with batteries, power electronics, and/or other electro-mechanical systems. Further experience working with electronics and chemistry or materials in a laboratory environment is preferred. The person for this position has a positive, team-first attitude, carefully follows instructions and SOPs, is meticulous and detail oriented, and is willing to learn and master new skills. The person will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
