Senior Electro-Mechanical Technician

Natron is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support and upgrade its battery cell pilot line in Santa Clara. Critical activities include building, commissioning and modification of new equipment, maintenance & troubleshooting existing production equipment, and assistance of prototyping and building of new fixtures to increase throughput and improve quality. The person for this position is willing and capable of taking on a wide range of equipment projects large and small to streamline and expand and streamline our pilot production line.

Data Engineer

Natron is seeking a Data Engineer to lead and assist projects for the development of data management, analysis, and visualization tools for data sets generated from designed experiments, containing electrochemical and physical data of battery materials, components, cells, modules and packs. The person in this position will work in a small team of engineers that is responsible for the collection, management, analysis, and distribution of all of the battery test data Natron generates.

Senior R&D Technician (Electro-Mechanical)

Natron is seeking a Senior R&D Technician to assist in the assembly of battery cells, modules, and packs. The senior technician will have significant prior experience working with batteries, power electronics, and/or other electro-mechanical systems. Further experience working with electronics and chemistry or materials in a laboratory environment is preferred. The person for this position has a positive, team-first attitude, carefully follows instructions and SOPs, is meticulous and detail oriented, and is willing to learn and master new skills. Battery Technician

Natron is seeking a Battery Technician in our production group to assist in the testing of battery cells. The occupant of this position will be assisting battery assembly, perform QC of battery cells, setting up batteries for testing, performing tests, and logging test data. Qualified applicants will have prior hands on lab experience, preferably in the field of batteries or electronic hardware device testing. This is a hands-on position involving lab work including working in a glove box. The person for this position has a positive, team-first attitude, carefully follows instructions and SOPs, is meticulous and detail oriented, and is willing to learn and master new skills. Senior Buyer Planner

Natron seeks a Senior Buyer Planner to lead and execute procurement activities. This person will support the company by purchasing goods and services, engaging vendors and suppliers, and implementing procurement systems. This person is a strong collaborator who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders to rapidly address supply and sourcing constraints. Qualified applications have significant prior experience as a buyer for programs involving hardware device manufacturing, preferably in the field of batteries.
