Paul Krueger
Paul joined Natron in 2020 to lead the battery hardware product development effort as the company enters commercial production and expands its portfolio. Paul was formerly Vice President of Engineering at Lithium Werks. Prior to this, he was initially Senior Director and later Vice President of Engineering at Valence Technology, also a Li-ion battery company. In these roles, he was responsible for development and commercialization of battery modules and battery management systems, as well as applications engineering to provide customer technical support. Paul has held engineering management and technical procurement roles at Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, and PMC-Sierra. He has led ordganizations in taking products from concept to production, managed joint development programs, and has worked extensively with companies and entities internationally. Paul holds a MS in electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Mr. Mosso has over 30 years’ experience bringing new products from R&D to commercialization. Most recently, Mr Mosso, was the CTO of EnerVault corporation, a grid-scale electrochemical energy storage company. There, he led the technology development and scale-up from bench-scale systems to a full-scale field demonstration plant. Previously, Mr. Mosso has held executive positions in product development and operations for photonics, solar cell, nano-materials, polymer, and power systems product companies including NanoGram, NeoPhotonics and Raychem Corporation. In these roles, he has been responsible for process and product scale-up; designing, building and launching new manufacturing operations; and negotiating partner relationships with key suppliers and large customers. Mr. Mosso has also developed international partnerships with large companies for joint product development in Europe, North America, and Asia, as well as establishing critical supply chain relationships around the world.

Doug joined Natron in 2020 to lead the expansion of its battery operations into high volume production. Doug was formerly the Vice President of Manufacturing at First Solar, where he led the corporate transition from the Series 4 product to the Series 6 product. Prior to that, Doug built First Solar’s Program Management Office which guided and streamlined new technology development into international high volume manufacturing. Prior to joining First Solar, Doug held various Operations roles at Intel and Harley Davidson. He holds a MBA in Operations from Lebanon Valley and BS in Electrical and Computer System Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
